Paris is flooding and rats are taking cover

After record rainfall, the Seine river's water level hit around 16 feet and is expected to reach up to 19.5 feet, making it the worst flooding in the city since 2016. 

Transportation near the Seine has shut down and rodents are coming to the surface to flee from the flooding.  Read more...
